OUR MISSION
Providing Benefits to all LA City Employees
The All City Employee Benefits Services Association, or ACEBSA, is dedicated to providing benefits to all active and retired Los Angeles City employees.
We offer benefits and services to more than 30,000 current members including discounted group insurance plans, financial planning services, travel services, athletic and social activities, financial assistance to qualified LA City employees under the All City Employees (ACE) Assistance Program, notary public services, and discounts to movie theaters, theme parks and sporting events.
We also publish the monthly Los Angeles City Employee newspaper El Pueblo.
