The official start of summer is on June 21, 2019, and with the temperatures already beginning to rise in sunny Los Angeles, it’s time for families to start thinking about some fun activities to do to celebrate summer -- all while still keeping cool!
Luckily for ACEBSA members, we are excited to be offering discounted tickets to the SoCal water parks again this season!! Currently, members can save big on their admission to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor and Raging Waters. Keep reading to learn more about these two Southern California water parks and some of the exciting features each one has in store.
Raging Waters, located in San Dimas, California, is known as California’s Best and Largest Water Park, and even made the “Top 10 Water Parks” by USA Today! This water park definitely lives up to its reputation of being the largest water park in California, as it houses over 50 rides and attractions, ensuring there’s something for everyone in your group to enjoy. Aqua Rocket is a water ride/roller coaster hybrid that will blast you off at 30 mph! Kid’s Kingdom is a 30,000 sq. ft. water playground for kids of all ages to splash around through tunnels, waterfalls and more. Ragin’ Racer will bring out your competitive side as you race your friends and family down the slippery water slide.
Be sure to get your tickets in time and pay a visit to Raging Waters this summer! The water park is officially open now through Friday, September 13, 2019.
Six Flags Hurricane Harbor
Located in the Valley, Hurricane Harbor is Six Flag’s water park with tons of thrilling rides, water slides and pools for the family to enjoy all summer long! Splash Island is a 30,000-gallon water playground -- perfect for the kids to climb and splash around -- all in close enough proximity for parents to lounge and relax. Tiki Falls will be sure to give riders some refreshing adrenaline as they speed down in a raft through oversized tiki statues. If you’re more into lounging than having heart-stopping fun, the River Cruise is perfect for you! Riders can enjoy a 1,300ft. cruise down a lazy river while overlooking the views of Hurricane Harbor.
