El Pueblo is a monthly publication. The deadline for all insertion orders and materials is the 10th of the month prior to publication. All changes must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on or before the 10th of each month. To ensure publication, the advertiser must meet this deadline.
A signed agreement specifying dates of consecutive or alternating month ads is required to qualify for multi-insertion rates. If an advertiser wishes to place consecutive insertions with El Pueblo, the advertiser must fill out and sign an Insertion Order/Contract. El Pueblo reserves the right to revise its advertising rates or ad sizes at any time upon 30 days notice in writing, and all contracts are accepted subject to this revision.
All cancellations made by the advertiser must be in writing. El Pueblo reserves the right to edit or cancel any advertisement, if it is deemed not in the best interest of the newspaper or its readers. The publisher is not required to accept cancellations and changes in advertisements after the deadline date (the 10th of the month).
All advertising with El Pueblo will require payment upon receipt of ad. For existing ads/contracts whereby there are no changes/revisions, etc., payment is due by the 10th of each month, and prior to publication. (Make checks payable to: ACEBSA)

The ad dimensions are the only dimensions that will be accepted. Advertisements should come to the El Pueblo Editor ready for insertion. Any redesigning of advertisements that must be done by El Pueblo’s graphic designer is subject to a $75 per hour charge. Advertising position is not guaranteed. No adjustments, reinsertions, or refunds will be made due to position.
DIGITAL AD SUBMISSION
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Ad Layouts in MS Word, Ms Works, MS Publisher, Pagemaker, and Windows PC Fonts are NOT compatible with our pre-press software. We do not accept these formats. Screen images captured from web pages are not suitable for print.
PRESS READY AD RQUIREMENTS
A press-ready ad must be in Adobe PDF format with:
• All fonts embedded in PDF
• Resolution is 300 dpi or greater.
• PDF trim size is exact size of ad space ordered.
• No crop or registration marks necessary.
• BLACK text/art is (100% K) or grayscale- not RGB.
• COLOR images are CMYK- not RGB.
• Photos or logos submitted as: JPG (jpeg) or TIF (tiff) files.
No further alterations or editing required- PDF editing will not guarantee integrity of original.
