The All City Employees Benefits Service Association, ACEBSA Tuition Reimbursement Program was established in 1999 for ACEBSA members. The program monetarily reimburses full time/part-time permanent City employees who are in pursuit of higher education. Reimbursement is given for college courses, seminars and workshops.
The All City Employees Benefits Service Association, Scholarship Committee administers the program. This committee is comprised of seven (7) City Employees that meet quarterly (March, June, September, and December) to review applications. Funds are then dispersed to the approved applicants, two weeks after the date of the committee review process.

Various avenues of fundraising are undertaken throughout the year to secure sponsorship/funding.
Applicant must be an ACEBSA member working full-time/part-time in a permanent position and in favorable employee status. Course completion must have occurred within three (3) months of the application date.
Proof of course completion (Letter grade or Completion Certificate)
Proof of payment for course (Payment receipts)
Proof of payment for books (if applicable) – (Payment receipts)
A typed letter of recommendation from an immediate Supervisor or co-worker.
Funds are limited and in the effort to reach all members pursuing higher educations, applicants may not be reimbursed more than one time per year.
