About ACEBSA

The All City Employee Benefits Service Association, or ACEBSA, is a charitable organization that was created in 1923 to benefit Los Angeles city workers. The mission of the organization is to help city workers and employees enjoy life more easily and to be able to afford the price of living by providing them with discounts on tickets to certain events and exclusive access to various products and services. We are a tax-exempt, non-profit organization with opportunities for volunteers to serve on committees or help in other ways.

Membership to ACEBSA is available to retired LA workers as well as current employees. Discount theme park tickets and other LA employee discounts can be purchased in one of two ways: in person or online. Members can come in to our office at 201 North Los Angeles Street in the Los Angeles Mall – Suites 15 and 17, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Our hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our friendly staff will be happy to see you and help you in any way they can. Alternately, registered members can go to our website and login to access their account and search for the items in which they are interested.

The benefits to joining All City Employee Benefits Service Association are many. We offer discount theme park tickets to parks such as Disneyland Resort, LEGOLAND California, and Adventure City, to name just a few. Other LA employee discounts include discounted gift cards, tickets to theaters and movies and special events, financial help for tuition or travel, as well as low-cost group insurance plans. Furthermore, we offer quality products with the City of Los Angeles logo such as sweatshirts, mugs, and other items in our retail store, available to ACEBSA members at reduced prices.

Members of ACEBSA receive a complimentary subscription to El Pueblo, a publication exclusively for LA workers. The monthly newspaper features articles on every aspect of city work, as well as stories and information of particular interest to city workers and their families. It also offers free classified ads only to ACEBSA members. Listings of new and retiring employees are some of the features that help unite the ACEBSA community by providing up-to-date information to keep them informed and in touch.
