The All City Employee Benefits Services Association is a charitable organization that offers Los Angeles city employee discounts on a number of tickets and other services as well as assistance in times of need. ACEBSA membership is open to all current and retired LA city workers.

When you join All City Employee Benefits Service Association, you get access to discounted tickets to a huge array of theme parks that include Disneyland, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Knotts Berry Farm, Legoland and SeaWorld. Los Angeles city employee discounts also include discounted movie tickets, discounted tickets to sporting events, discounted admission to the Los Angeles and San Diego zoos and discounts on many other events. Some discounts are as high as 40% guaranteeing that you can make huge savings!

But discounted tickets aren't the only benefits of membership. At the ACEBSA, we offer access to discounted travel services, legal services, financial planning services, insurance notary services and cellular phone service. Active city employees also get a free $1,000 life insurance policy.

If you join All City Employee Benefits Service Association, you also get access to financial assistance in times of need. The All City Employees Assistance Plan, which has been around since 1952, offers financial assistance to members who are experiencing severe financial hardship due to a prolonged illness or a catastrophic occurrence beyond their control.

Another benefit ACEBSA membership is the El Pueblo newspaper. The newspaper, which is the second-oldest in Los Angeles County, helps current employees and retirees keep abreast of what's going on in Los Angeles. In addition to news about the city and city government, the newspaper also offers monthly lifestyle columns, updates on current, new and former employees, obituaries and free classified ads. Subscriptions to the newspaper are free for current members and for retirees who are members of Retired Los Angeles City Employees, Inc.
