Dave Koz is a Grammy nominated and Platinum-selling jazz musician. He is a Los Angeles local and grew up in the Woodland Hills area. After graduating from UCLA, Dave decided to pursue becoming a professional musician and now has recorded with Capitol Records, EMI and Rendezvous! He event has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and performed in a Desperate Housewives episode!!
The Ohio Players were a street funk and underground R&B group that was prominent during the 1970’s. They were signed several labels during their time including Westbound and Mercury Records. They currently have ten members, four being the original members: James “Diamonds” Williams, Billy Beck, Clarence Willis, and Robert Kuumba. A fun fact is that the Ohio Players are one of the few bands from the 1970’s that are still actively performing! They are far from retirement and thoroughly enjoy performing for large crowds still to this day.
Morgan James is a singer, songwriter, and actress who has performed in many Broadways shows including Motown and The Addams Family. She has a powerhouse voice with an emphasis on soul, R&B, and swing. Morgan grew up in Idaho and developed a passion for music at a young age which led her to pursue it at Julliard. After landing a role in The Addams Family Broadway show in 2008, the rest is history!
Keiko Matsui is a keyboardist who specializes in smooth jazz and jazz fusion. She was born in Tokyo and took piano lessons starting at the age of 5. Keiko continued to take lessons and eventually decided to focus jazz after she developed an interest for it. Throughout her career she has released twenty CDs and has made it on several charts, such as hitting number two on the Billboard’s Weekly Top Contemporary Jazz Albums!
